A large and beautifully designed open plan room with many windows, giving lovely views of the garden. The dining area is reached from the kitchen. Two stone steps lead down to the extremely spacious sitting room with its high pitched roof and patio doors leading either side to the garden. There is a four seater sofa, a sofa bed and arm chairs. In one corner of the sitting room there is a fireplace (we have a large logstore). There is a 42" plasma TV with full Sky satellite subscription, including film channels, Sky sports, and cartoon channels, BBC1, BBC2, ITV and BBC Radio 2, 3, 4. DVD/CD player. We have a library of books, DVDs, CDs and a large selection of games for adults and children. There is a new upright piano with a selction of music.
